ABOUT SIERRA COUNTY REALTY
Dee Bulanti is a 30-year veteran Real Estate Broker. She started with the Frank Howard Allen Company in MIll Valley in the early-1980s and has been selling real estate in Sierra and Nevada Counties for the past twenty years. She owns and operates Sierra County Realty with her husband, Greg.
Dee was born in Grass Valley and her grandparents were Cornish miners who worked at the Empire Mine in its heyday. She has excellent knowledge of both Sierra and Nevada Counties and is expert at all types of purchase transactions from first-time home buyers to vacation home buyers to 1031 tax exchanges and commercial leases and purchases.
Dee purchased Sierra County Realty from Cheryl Bearse and stayed in the location above Cheryl's St. Charles Bar on Main Street.
Her husband, Greg, joined the business in the 1998 and they moved their office to the old blacksmith shop in town located at 334 Main Street. This is the building that states "Downieville...a way of life" and was formerly the Jensen stationary store and candy shop. The old clock on the office stopped at 10:45 the day President Lincoln was killed and has never worked since.
